I carried something I couldn’t name
A slower step, a quieter flame
Then something softened in the air
And I could feel the morning there
The heavy fades, the sky gets wide
I don’t have anything to hide
The heavy lifts, the sun comes in
I take a breath, I start to live
The gray moves on, the heart is free
A happier life is calling me
the sun comes in... I start to live...
No more waiting for a sign
The lighter feeling starts to shine
I open up, the world is kind
I leave the heaviness behind
The heavy fades, the sky gets wide
I don’t have anything to hide
The heavy lifts, the sun comes in
I take a breath, I start to live
The gray moves on, the heart is free
A happier life is calling me
the sun comes in… the heart is free… I start to live…
All that silence in my chest
Was never meant to be the rest...
The heavy lifts...
I start to live...
The heavy lifts, the sun comes in
I take a breath, I start to live
The gray moves on, the heart is free
A happier life is calling me
the heavy lifts… I start to live… the heart is free…
The heavy lifts...
I start to live...
